Marketing and Targeted Advertising
This section provides further detail on how we use your personal information, and information collected from visitors to our Site, for marketing and advertising purposes.
Sharing customer data with advertising platforms. We share certain customer information with third-party advertising and marketing platforms, including Google (for example, Google Ads and Google Customer Match) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), so that they can perform advertising services on our behalf. This may include uploading your email address or other contact details, in a hashed (encrypted) form, so that the platform can match you to your existing account with that platform in order to show you Epijoint advertising, exclude you from certain advertising, show advertising to other people with similar characteristics ("lookalike" or "similar" audiences), and measure the performance of our campaigns. These platforms act as our service providers for this purpose and may only use the data we upload to provide these services to us and to ensure our campaigns comply with their policies. Where required by law or by the applicable platform's policies, we obtain your consent before sharing your information in this way. You can object to this sharing at any time by contacting us using the details below.
Targeted advertising to Site visitors. We and our advertising partners use Cookies and similar technologies (such as the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel) on our Site to recognise your device and browser, to understand which products and pages you are interested in, and to show you Epijoint advertising on other websites, apps and social media platforms based on your visit (sometimes called "retargeting" or "remarketing"). This applies to all visitors to our Site, whether or not you have made a purchase or provided your details to us. Our advertising partners may combine the information collected on our Site with information they hold about you from other sources, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Email and electronic marketing. If you subscribe to our newsletter, make a purchase, or otherwise provide us with your contact details and consent to receive marketing, we may send you emails or other electronic messages about Epijoint products, special offers, promotions, news and information. We send electronic marketing messages in accordance with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 (New Zealand). Every marketing message we send will identify us as the sender and include a functional unsubscribe link.

Our Site is operated by Interpath Pty Ltd, trading as Epijoint, which is based in Australia.
